Shipping policy

Orders are currently being sent out within 3-5 business days :) 

You will get an email with a tracking link when it's mailed. If you miss this email, you can also find the tracking number on your order details if you sign into your account.

Shipping within Australia:

 


 Standard Shipping Express Post
Orders under $75 $4.95 $9.95
Orders of $75 or more Free  $4.95


Standard Shipping - 2-10 business days (excluding processing/making time). Sent with Auspost Parcel Post with tracking.

Express Shipping - 1-5 business days (excluding processing/making time). Sent with Auspost Express Post with tracking.

Untracked letter post - some items can be sent in an untracked envelope as a letter. This will show as an option when available. No tracking is provided for this option.

 

International Shipping to NZ, US and Canada:

International shipping is calculated by weight in the shopping cart. Quite often, you'll be able to get a few things into your package without the shipping price increasing. You can play around with this in the cart. 

Choose between Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Both include tracking. You can check the Auspost website if you'd like to see how long it averages to get to your country (please remember to add on 1 week for me to make and post your order).

 

Customs Charges:

Please be aware that international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery, which differs based on the country you live in. Please research these yourself. You will be responsible for paying any customs duties, import fees, tariffs or similar.
